Items can be returned or exchanged within 5 days of delivery.

Products must be unworn, unwashed, in their original condition, and with all tags attached.
How to Request a Return or Exchange

Simply contact the Hector team through our official communication channels to request a return or exchange.

Our team will review your request and respond within 1 business day.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your exchange or refund.
Refunds
Refunds are issued after we receive and inspect the returned item. Please note that cash refunds are not handled by the courier company.

Customers are responsible for return or exchange shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or an incorrect item was sent.

You are welcome to open and inspect your package upon delivery. If you decide the item isn't right for you, you may return it immediately to the courier at the time of delivery.
